When we ship
Orders paid online ship on the same or next business day after payment is confirmed, and cash-on-delivery orders (TWD orders shipped to Taiwan only) after the order is placed. We email you a shipping notice with a tracking number.
Where we ship and what it costs
| Destination | Courier | Shipping |
|---|---|---|
| Taiwan | T-cat | Free; about 1 to 2 days on the main island |
| Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau | SF Express | Free |
| United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia | EMS | US$20 or NT$700 per order, however many items |
| Other countries and regions | EMS | US$10 or NT$350 per order, however many items |
The fee follows the currency you choose at checkout. Both TWD and USD orders ship to every region in the table above.
We can't ship to some countries and regions because of sanctions or courier service suspensions. Checkout will tell you right away.
Orders shipped outside Taiwan: duties and refused packages
- Prices don't include import duties, taxes or courier handling fees. The recipient pays them on delivery.
- If the recipient refuses the package or the charges and it's returned, the refund will be reduced by the shipping both ways, any duties and taxes already charged and related fees. See the warranty and returns policy.
- Import rules for small parcels change often. Please check the rules where you live before ordering.
Address and phone number
- Please fill in addresses in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau (SF Express) in Chinese, and addresses in other countries outside Taiwan (EMS) in English. Courier labels and customs documents use English.
- Leave the recipient's mobile number, with the country code for addresses outside Taiwan. The courier may call about delivery or customs.
- Packages to Korea need the Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC): P followed by 12 digits, matching the recipient's name, or they can't clear customs.
