利昇科技股份有限公司 ("we") runs the GameToGo website (gametogo.io). This policy explains how we handle your personal data under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email, mobile number and shipping address, plus the Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) for orders to Korea.
- Invoice details (orders shipped to Taiwan): carrier number, donation code, tax ID number and company name.
- Payment details: you pay on our payment provider's or PayPal's page. We never receive or store your full card number, only the transaction number and payment status.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Browsing data: anonymous usage data when we measure traffic with Google Analytics, and browser storage that remembers your language, shipping region and cart.
How we use it
- To process orders, take payments, issue e-invoices, ship products and provide after-sales service.
- To answer your questions and send order and shipping notices.
- To measure and improve the website. We don't use your data for anything unrelated to these purposes.
Who we share it with
We share only the data needed for these purposes with these service providers:

For orders shipped outside Taiwan, shipping details are shared with the courier and the customs authority at the destination.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as required by tax and accounting law. Other data is deleted once its purpose is fulfilled.
Your rights
You can email us to ask to access, copy, supplement, correct, stop the use of or delete your personal data, except for data we must keep by law. Providing personal data is your choice, but we can't process your order without the details it needs.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies and browser storage to remember your language, shipping region and cart. Google Analytics sets its own analytics cookies, which you can block or delete in your browser.
YouTube videos on product pages are embedded via youtube-nocookie.com. When you play a video, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect viewing data under its own privacy policy.
